Do you own or work for a care home, a home care company, learning disability homes, rehabilitation units or other private care settings.

If so, marketing & sales are part of your business (whether you like it or not) so it bears thinking about. Ultimately if your marketing & sales are not very good, your business will suffer and become less profitable and less sustainable in the long run.

Care is an unusual market as the demand is typically cyclical and the level of trust & reputation required can be very high. You are looking after people who are typically at their most vulnerable and broadly if you are great at what you do (ie care) you are most of the way there to fantastic care marketing.

When I say cyclical I mean, that most care is purchased at the time of the need, so for example with a care home, this would be when the state says the person is no longer able to live alone or their family cannot look after them any longer.
