Sponsors Needed
The Positivity Project is a collaboration between UK Care Week & Five on a Bike. The care sector is often seen in a negative light, and it is our mission at Five on a Bike to help change this.
Day in, day out, we create content that reflects the incredible work happening across the care sector, and we want to continue this at UK Care Week 2025. Last year, we filmed a series of interviews with people sharing positive stories—but this year, we want to go further.
Disrupting the Narrative
We want to take the Positivity Project to the next level.
We’ll invite people and organisations in care to submit powerful stories of positive impact. These will be compiled into a short film, premiered at UK Care Week. The audience will vote for their favourite story, and the Five on a Bike team will then create a dedicated short film about the winning individual or organisation.
Our goal is to produce a film impactful enough to enter into short film awards and share across wider media platforms, helping spread the positive message of care.
So why do we need a sponsor?
Five on a Bike is a small, dedicated team producing high-quality video content. As a small team, it’s challenging to deliver a project like this on a pro-bono basis.
We’re looking for a partner to help cover production costs, time, travel, and expenses. We’d also like to offer a cash prize to incentivise submissions and encourage participation.
How much is a sponsorship package?
We are looking to generate £6,000 in sponsorship, either from a single partner or multiple contributors.
Why sponsor?
This opportunity is ideal for suppliers attending UK Care Week or care home groups looking to increase visibility and engagement.
From the 2024 event, we created over 50 pieces of content featuring key influencers sharing positive stories. This content continues to be shared across LinkedIn and other platforms in the lead-up to the show and beyond.
As a sponsor, you will receive up to 25 pieces of video content to use across your own social channels, helping you promote your involvement in both the event and the project.
UK Care Week and Five on a Bike will also promote your involvement across their platforms.
Here is an example post:
View on LinkedIn
You will also have the opportunity to:
- Create a dedicated landing page on your website for traffic driven by the project
- Have your logo and company name featured across all media
- Be credited at the start and end of the films as the official sponsor
- Have the film showcased at the event with clear sponsor recognition
- Receive 2 x 60-second videos highlighting your involvement at the show
This is also a great opportunity to engage with both new and existing customers in a meaningful, non-direct way—by inviting them to participate and sharing the resulting content.

If you’d like to arrange a conversation about this opportunity, please message me on LinkedIn or email york@fiveonabike.com to book a call.
The show takes place on 19th & 20th March, so time is of the essence.
