Bluecrest Wellness wanted to shine a light on a critical health journey that is often misunderstood and under-supported: the menopause. Their new Advanced Menopause Profile helps women understand their hormone levels, connect their symptoms, and make informed lifestyle or medical choices.
To share this story in a powerful, authentic way, Bluecrest commissioned Five on a Bike to produce:
7 long-form videos capturing full storytelling and in-depth insight
45 short social videos optimised for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
Testimonial-led storytelling highlighting the value of preventative health

Objectives
Bluecrest wanted to:
- Raise awareness of menopause and its impact on women’s lives and work
- Showcase the Advanced Menopause Profile through real customer journeys
- Use authentic storytelling to build trust with their audience
- Create engaging video content suitable for web, events, and social media
Our Approach
1. Pre-Production Planning
We worked closely with Bluecrest to identify the key themes their audience cared most about:

2. Filming the Story
We filmed in-depth interviews with multiple customers, capturing their personal journeys, challenges, and triumphs after engaging with Bluecrest’s services.
3. Evolving Deliverables
Originally, the project was planned to deliver:
- 7 short-form videos of approximately 3 minutes each
- 15 social videos optimised for short social engagement
During production, it became clear that longer-form content would better showcase the depth of Bluecrest’s offerings and the customer experience.
We adapted by producing:
- 7 long-form videos providing detailed storytelling and expert insight
- 45 social videos optimised for short-form engagement
This change ensured the project fully communicated the value of Bluecrest’s services while providing a larger library of content for social media, web, and presentations.
4. Editing & Post-Production
We crafted polished videos with:
- A warm, empathetic tone reflecting the customers’ journeys
- Strong visual branding aligned with Bluecrest’s preventative health positioning
Formats optimised for both long-form viewing and social media snippets
