To share this story in a powerful, authentic way, Bluecrest commissioned Five on a Bike to produce:

Objectives

 

Bluecrest wanted to:

Our Approach

 

1. Pre-Production Planning

 

We worked closely with Bluecrest to identify the key themes their audience cared most about:

2. Filming the Story

 

We filmed in-depth interviews with multiple customers, capturing their personal journeys, challenges, and triumphs after engaging with Bluecrest’s services.

 

3. Evolving Deliverables

 

Originally, the project was planned to deliver:

 

  • 7 short-form videos of approximately 3 minutes each

  • 15 social videos optimised for short social engagement

During production, it became clear that longer-form content would better showcase the depth of Bluecrest’s offerings and the customer experience.

 

We adapted by producing:

 

  • 7 long-form videos providing detailed storytelling and expert insight

  • 45 social videos optimised for short-form engagement

This change ensured the project fully communicated the value of Bluecrest’s services while providing a larger library of content for social media, web, and presentations.

 

4. Editing & Post-Production

 

We crafted polished videos with:

 

  • A warm, empathetic tone reflecting the customers’ journeys

  • Strong visual branding aligned with Bluecrest’s preventative health positioning
